A great service recovery story from Netflix


images.jpgIn a couple of weeks, we will be releasing the results of a study identifying what it takes to create a customer experience that has the potential to go viral.  In the meantime, here’s a hint:  Take a look at this awesome job a Netflix employee did for an unhappy customer.  It has two of the possible three ingredients.  Enjoy!
