Hmm… For those who have been following the experience with United Airlines, we seem to have hit a bit of a snag. Things had been going quite well, and was starting to look like a textbook example of how to recover from a lousy customer service experience. But it’s been over two weeks now since I’ve last heard from them, and I have a sneaking suspicion that I’ve heard the last of them.
I’ve been promised all kinds of things – including a partial refund they owe me for giving away our 2 business-class seats -but nothing has materialized.
Is this going to be one of those ‘promising but not delivering’ things?
